Simple access to the Website is free of charge except for the cost of connection through the telecommunications network supplied by the access provider contracted by the User.

The User undertakes to use the Website and all its content and services in accordance with the law, morality, public order and this Legal Notice. Likewise, the User undertakes to make appropriate use of the services and/or contents of the Website and not to use them for illicit or criminal activities that infringe the rights of third parties or that violate any applicable legal regulation.

The User grants FAIR APPEARANCE, free of charge, the rights of public communication, reproduction, distribution and transformation of said User Content, in all existing forms of exploitation up to the date of acceptance of this Legal Notice. This assignment is made for the universal territorial scope and for the time corresponding to your lifetime and seventy years after the death or declaration of death of the User.

The trademarks, trade names and other distinctive signs published on the Website are the property of FAIR APPEARANCE or of third party licensors and/or licensees, and no rights over them may be understood to have been assigned to the User.

6. Complaints, claims and requests for information
The User may address complaints, claims and/or requests for information to FAIR APPEARANCE, using any of the following channels:

FAIR APPEARANCE has official complaint forms that the User can request.

7. Limitation of liability
Access by the User to the Website does not imply any obligation on the part of FAIR APPEARANCE to check for the absence of viruses, worms or any other harmful computer element. It is the responsibility of the User, in any case, to ensure the availability of adequate tools for the detection and disinfection of harmful computer programs.

FAIR APPEARANCE is not responsible for any damage caused to the software and/or computer equipment of the User or third parties during the use of the services offered on the Website or while browsing the Website.

FAIR APPEARANCE is not responsible for damages of any kind caused to the User as a result of failures or disconnections in the telecommunications networks that lead to the suspension, cancellation or interruption of the service of the Website during or prior to the provision of the same.

8. Invalidity and ineffectiveness of clauses

10. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
This Legal Notice will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law.

The User and FAIR APPEARANCE agree to submit any dispute arising from the use of the Website to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
